J.D. Power and Associates announced that 2009 Vehicle Dependability Study.

This year, Both of Buick and Jaguar are No.1 (100 cars per 122 problems), Toyota’s Lexus is into third place alone (100 cars per 126 problems).

The problems include:

1. Excessive wind noise
2. Noisy brakes
3. Vehicle pulling to the left or right
4. Issues with the instrument panel/dashboard
5. Excessive window fogging

Porsche has been No.1 from year 2006 to 2008. THis year is in 13th position. Volkswagen Group is second countdown because of of 100 vehicles per 260 problems. I was schoked by the results of ranking Volkswagen. When people mention the quality of vehicles, there must be car made in Germany but Japan and America. Audi is in 10th and BMW is in 12th.

Suzuki become the worst quality car brand due to 100 cars per 263 problems.
